I would have to say the elliptical machine for me!
I like elliptical machines best.

I actually like all of them...
but bike hurts my butt,
Elliptical tires me out waaay too much and makes me a bit too sore,
and treadmill can be boring if you don't have anthing or anyone to occupy yourself on there.
So...I'll go with treadmill on this one.

i meditate... i use the stairs usually.. it helps :)
