My mom sautees fresh green beans in some EVOO and throws in some fresh chopped garlic and fresh ginger. yumo.
That would be me. I bring it and a pumpkin pie to the family celebration every year.

I DONT THINK I WILL BE MAKING THAT THIS YEAR.
Me. And I never change the recipe.
I buy the ''Green Giant'' stuff in a boiling bag. It's good and on less thing to make from scratch.
I am definately making it.....it's a must! Last night though, I wasn't sure if I wanted regular green beans or the french style green beans....
my sister makes it, we eat it and its yummy!
Oh,it's out of our Thanksgiving recipe list this year, we opte for fresh organic italian salad instead.
never heard of green bean casserole for Thanksgiving
Every year! Yeah, chop uf some onions and fresh garlic real fine and add some lemon juice or lemon zest to the mix......good stuff!
My aunt is making it. It's always the same with Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup and all... but if it's not broke don't fix it, right?
no
I only hope the hospital cafeteria will have it...since that's where I'll be...at the hospital, hard at work.
Assuming, of course, I get a chance to get to the cafeteria to actually sit down and eat.
