Not as often as I should. I think it is recommended to change it every 2 months or so.

I never do, I like it when it goes all soft. My silly wife read in some silly women's magazine that toothbrushes must be changed when you face it away from you and you can see the bristles coming out from the sides. It's bloody ridiculous, she swears by those silly magazines!!!!!!

I give new toothbrushes to my family on Easter (in their baskets) and on Christmas (in their stockings) I also change the batteries on the smoke detectors on those holidays.
