I'd buy that. There are some areas where the houses are so cheap that the cost of the building materials is more than the actual house.

The only reason it is so dangerous is because of its population if you looked at each city and dwindle them down so that they each had the same population the crime rate wouldn't be so high in Detroit I live in a city with 6,000 people, if Detroit also had 6,000 people, it has been proven that the city I live in would have a higher crime rate than Detroit. Detroit is actually quite safe as long as you stay to the city.
