You must try pumpkin pie. It is delicious! Pumpkin pie is custardy with a warm cinnamon-nutmeg-allspice flavor. Pumpkin pie's only similarity to butterscotch is its rich, warm sweetness, as opposed to the coolness of lemon or watermelon. I also love pumpkin cheesecake with rum drizzle.

Serve it with whipped cream.
For 2 pies.use:
1pint of whipping cream
1/4 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla.
Whip the cream until it is slightly thickened and add vanilla and slowly add sugar.
Beat until it forms stiff peaks.
Do not over beat it or it will turn to butter.

You should try it. It has a spicy flavor, because there is nutmeg and cinnamon in there. It has a nice smooth texture, because there are eggs and milk. Really good!
