I recently got one for saying i was tired and needed to go to bed. Go figure, its no fun harries that don't like how hilarious we can be sometimes.
You can actually appeal or question or explain yourself to customer service. Ask for specific reasons where you breached. Don't accept a generic response, keep emailing them until you have ANSWERS!!!

This depends on what you're violating. So, what are you violating?
Someone is stocking you..set all your q & a's to private and it should stop..someone doesnt like u it seems..this q will probably have the same thing happen to it..some ppl have no life!
What kind of violation notices? Traffic tickets, apt. complaints?
Traffic-don't know. Apt. complaints-enough can cause the lease to not be renewed, or to be evicted.

I did once but i think it was only one or two violations. I advise u to hide your contacts from users not in your network if u haven't already. This will stop people from stalking u and reporting everything u post. Good luck

What sort of questions are being reported ? I got 7 violations in one day. All my questions were just fun Q's and certainly would have not offended anyone. Ive lost count now of how many violations probably over 30. You are probably being targeted by a troll or two. Appeal the violations I have and got a few points back.
ive only ever had one but i know that you can appeal against them and get them removed if you can argue your case some people have told me its not that hard
I don't even care. I never check my e-mails or pay attention to my points. I mostly dwell in the football/basketball section so I'm sure I get hated on often.
I had over a hundred before my first suspension. Yet considerably less on all of the subsequent suspensions. Therefore I feel that it isn't the quantity of violations which gets you suspened eventually, but a personal choice made by a Yahoo employee, who's dealer let them down on the coke deal ;)
