i dont get up... unless i have an alarm clock.. either on my phone or ipod or clock.. but i have to have one.
drink alot of water the night before.Or set the clock on my Ipod or phone as well.

Usually, I don't. Usually my parents will wake me up, but without an alarm or my parents, I wake up naturally.

Once I open my eyes, i lie there for a minute thinknig of what needs doing today and then I spring out of bed and get to it.
I love my work so it's easy to come down to the shop and start a new day.
