I would have a heart to heart talk with him.
I would dump him so fast his head would spin.
Slap him, kick his nuts and then dump him and never again answer his phonecalls.

I would confront him in front of all his friends and then yell at him while in front of his friends still
if i find the names insulting, i would tell him he should stop unless he wants an entirely new reputation among his friends (oh come on girls, we know so much about them, they're not even aware).
if i don't care, which i most probably don't, i would laugh.
he wouldn't be my other half for much longer. Thats not respectful.

My fiance would never do that. However one of my exes called me flakey behind my back once and so I decided to break up with him and told him to his face what I thought of him and his oppinions.
He would be history so fast he wouldn't know what hit him. Stuff like that, you don't need. If he is calling you names behind your back, he is not showing you respect and he doesn't really like you. Dump his a*ss fast.
