It's not really hot, but I like the "Red Hot" brand with lime. That stuff is KILLER, but so hard to find. :(
Texas Pete. Not too hot, it's cheap and my family loves it.
The Chile Man is the best, but not available in all areas. I am partial to Cholula, among the national chains.

My sister makes this hot sause that's really good... I don't know what's in it tough.
