never, i have my own equipment at home
At the minute zero, but once I get sorted with the gym at work it will be every day I'm on shift.
And as work is only 5 minutes from home maybe some days I'm not in work as well
I usually go to the gym three or four times per week.
11 times, cause almost twice a day. And it shows!
I used to go twice, three times in a good week. Now i play for a sports team who train twice a week and play matches most weekends, so i've frozen my gym membership and just do that instead!
Every day. We have a gym at my church, where I am the church janitor. I have to go in and clean it every day. Rarely USE it, but clean it every day.
