Do you have a good recipe for brain meatballs?!


Question: 1/2 pound brains...any kind will do..preferably fresh brains though.
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 beaten egg yolks
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup milk
mix together, mold into small rounds and fry until done through...good luck and happy eating

Bake them before you put them in whatever else you plan to put them in (such as spaghetti sauce).

dont use ur brain, that wouldn't feed anyone

you must first have to have a brain to use the recipe=)

as long as they get fried with garlic first its all good

ummmm,,,nope,,cant say that I do ....................

2 cups brain (human or pork)

saute in 3 tsp wesson oil and 3/4 tsp of chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp onions
until you hear the screams,

add a heaping helping of white rice
put one scoop of brains

*and yummmmmm !

Why, yes, of course....here it is:

1 pound ground or mashed brain

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1 cup milk

1 cup freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese

2 eggs, lightly beaten,

2 cups fine dried breadcrumbs

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and form into balls. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes, turning halfway. Serve with a cream or pasta sauce over noodles.
