Question: I just cooked down the giblets for gravy....It is soooooo gooood!
And I will boil out the bones to make soup afterward....I use the hole thing down to the last bit!

We use the neck. It's soooo good, everything else is pretty much garbage..
considering they never have feet, head or feathers, yes I would use everything, that's if I decided to buy one of those steroyds overgrown things.

My mom used to boil all the turkey guts ("giblets" I believe is what she called them), then chop 'em up and put 'em in the stuffing. She used to do something with the neck too. But I think fortunately I've blocked it out of my memory.
