okay first question for you size of plate is it 5" 7" 9" 12" 24",
if 5" is it layered is it piled up really big
i like sweet potato (yams) and pumpkin as well peas are nice
so how many plates you ask hmm about 3-5 depending on size and piles of food
i barely could eat 1/4 of the turkey!
