Um try dunking yourself in the shower. Wet hair, apply shampoo, rinse and repeat.

I'd say you need to use the Ajax Gravy Remover for most hair; simple shampoo will work on your head; and, as for that other place, just have the hair.
Get the dog to lick it out....also would leave a nice sheen too!
