What is your most gruesome injury??!

Fell out of a 15 foot tree and sliced my chin
An 80lb table fell and shattered my big toe (my toenail also fell off)
I sprained my ankle pretty badily skateboarding.

All of my injuries or the worst? I had my nose broke by my best friend's little brother. He was sitting on my lap and someone tickled him, in his laughing he threw his head back into my nose. He hit me so hard that it didn't even bleed, my eyes were blackened in seconds. That is the worst pain I have felt yet.
At age four, I sprained my ankle badly, the doctor said I would have been better off to have broke it. I still have issues with my ankle to this day and I am 27.
Age 7, I fell off my bike into our deck and broke my right arm, I am right handed too.
Age 12, was the nose thing.
Age 16, I broke my hand and arm again. It got slammed in a 1973 Ford Pick-up Truck door. I had to reach around to open the door to free my hurt hand. That broke my hand and arm in three different places. I waited to go to the doctor for a week, I could still move my fingers and write, with a lot of pain but I could do it. The doctor was furious, he yelled at me the whole time he was casting me. And my cast went all the way up to my arm-pit.

Tore the inner lining of a testicle while moving heavy equipment and required surgery.
It's really not all that "gruesome" but I was going on campus to class and fell off the bus :) I sprained my left ankle and my right foot and busted up both my knees.
My brother, on the other hand, is the accident prone one of the family. His worst is trying to a jump a wall with his bicycle and catching the thing that holds the chain on the wall and smashing face first into the ground, breaking his two front teeth in half and tearing his bottom lip from his jaw. That was gross.
I dislocated my knee cap. When I looked at it, the knee cap was stuck on the outter part of my leg, and there was just a big empty dip in the flesh were the knee cap is supposed to rest. That was the most painful thing that's ever happened to me - and I've had two babies!
well, i guess mine would be a concotion when i was 6 that nocked me out for quite some time, i had to get 3 stiches,but thats it

I've never had a major injury.Hmm...Maybe when I sliced my knee pretty badly when I fell down.I swear the skin still there looked like criss-cross fries.
At one point I used to work on a ranch and was riding fence line with my boss. The horse I was riding spooked and I had my leg drug along a barbed wire fence. It took over three hours to get into town and I needed over twenty stitches to close up the wound.

The best was when i fell backwards and scraped my leg on a leftover tree trunk that had spiky corners and ut to the meat of my leg ouch

my head got cut off and reconnected backwards. now i can only see where I've been. should I walk backwards?
i drive a simi and fell off the front of my trailer and cought my belly on the glad hands (thats were the air lines hook up for the air brakes) they are not sharp but are rounded anyway it ripped my belly open 12" long and 31/2" deep doc said i was lucky it didnt gut me like a fish sence im a bigger gut and have a big belly lol spent 2 days in the hospital and wask out of work for 3 weeks
When I was 7, I accidentally ran into a window. My right arm went through as I tried to stop myself and it left a very jagged 3/8 inch wide scar from the wrist to the elbow.
