The Princess Diaries Series by Meg Cabot ~ Really good!!! I'd give that a 10! Also, I think it's aimed at teens and pre-teens, so about 12-16 year olds!!!
The Sisterhood of th Traveling Pants SEries by Anne Brasharres ~ One of my favorite books!!! This series gets a 10!!!!!!! The books are aimed at ages 10-16!!
Confessions of a Teen Nanny (I, II, and III) by Victoria Ashton ~ I have never read these books but they sound really good!

I've read the sisterhood of the traveling pants.It gets a ten.
I am going to read the princess diaries, But at the moment I am reading too many books! I have read a different book by Meg Cabot called All American Girl. I'd give that a nine.
