I make a concoction of vegetables with jalapeno peppers for my diet. It cookes in the crock pot for hours. It will keep you from eating too much. Now that I`m out of the hospital, I`ll need to lose weight.

Sorry. I like both of them, and it depends on my mood. I usually make minestrone and not just a regular vegetable soup, and my chicken noodle has lots of veggies in it.

I'll start with the chicken soup followed by a full English, chips, fish fingers, pork pie, egg and beans. Washed down by a large mug of tea. By the way I'll eat the lot in my car with my dog watching expectantly.
