Cut a V in the middle of the toenail that is ingrown and that will help grow normal again.
yup the best thing to do is soak your foot in hot salted water, epsom salts are the best,. until the nails are soft enough to dig the nail out. it hurts but it will feel better.cut straight accross so they will not grow back into the same spot.
