Yes it does, I hibernate. In the south we don't get a lot of snow, and WE don't know how to drive in it.

Well, we moved from CA to TN and I am used to nothing but rain. Last year we got some snow and I stayed home because I didn't know what to expect......if it's icy....I am staying home. So, to answer your question...for me, Yes!!
oh god, we seriously NEED snow. last winter it didnt snow at all. last winter was so strange. it was really warm and it mostly rained, well...here where i live did. seriously, global warming sucks. =\
no not really. if there iz 2 much snow we get a day off of skool or a Snow Day. and we get winter break. the snow plows clear just about everything off the road. then we hav the salt trucks come in and sread salt on the roads to clear the ice off. so no not really. and most ppl here hav a truck or SUV that has 4 wheel drive.

We get it where I live and not only does it change my routine (have to leave earlier for work) but it changes my attitude. I HATE WINTER. SNOW OR NO SNOW.
We don't get much these days, compared to where I used to live, but it only affects our daily routine if we get snowed in!
