Answers: take lots of breaks so you don't get bored, and make things like flashcards so you don't end up staring at a piece of paper for an hour. cuz then you start daydreaming and before you know it an hour's gone by......

Study little, take breaks, repeat.

Study while having sex.

Time management.

Turn off the TV/ and radio.

flash cards! and making fake tests/quizzes for you to test yourself with.

try to make it fun, make little mental pic in your head and sayings to help you remember

Study your *** off ! ...Um. what i do is usually make a song out of it ...or do something fun out of my studying with what ever im studying because i tend to get very sick of things easily ! I hate studying ..but i am going into medical school so i must be doing something right ....right? LOL ! Hope i helped sweetie !

study an hour a day... reward urself...
study actively by (a) reading aloud to yourself or a friend (b) acting out what ur studying (works in some cases) (c) using mnemonics (d) do an interpretive dance of the material

I get the most out of studying by going to the school and studying on campus. I f I try to study at home, I have 10,000 things in the back of my mind that I will keep thinking I have to do instead of studying.

first be happy. then be fearless of the outcomes, then have faith that u can make it.
then get into the subject read thoroghly without any feear of being unsuccessful....
best of luck...

Mnemonics, word association and think about the impact of the knowledge that you are about to learn... think about its importance in your life as well to the whole world. Good luck..:-)

like almost everybody else said, study in short periods i'd say 15-20min and take a 5 minute break. You remember more that way. If you can't do that, then just cram, it's worked for me the past 3 years and I still get A's and B's.

There is a system to it....

Take your time when reading, and meditate on what you are reading so that it will stick in your mind. Youre going to need to read it more than once, take notes, highlight main points, add your own commentary.

Get lots of rest too, and dont get drunk the night before.

Studying with a friend or someone you know always helps me. Create a game or something, anything to keep you studying! Me for example: video games or food keeps me motivated. And when I'm done studying or when I think I am I reward my self with something I enjoy such as video games or food like going out to eat or going to the movies. Whatever floats your boat!

"its better to cheat, than to repeat"=)

seriously!

make more friends and enjoy it..

Get in a quiet room with no distractions. If you need music to focus, make it jazz or classical. Something without words.

After twenty to thirty minutes, take a quick break. Bathroom, a light snack, walk around, answer an email. Whatever.

I find that sometimes I can't focus because I have too much to think about. Writing up my to do list and setting it aside helps a lot.

And then there's Google. Ask yourself a question that pertains to your homework that you want the answer to. Try a Google search. You might be surprised some of the actually interesting things you find out when you hunt for things online.

Write down notes! The important things first. (What you need to know for quizzes) Then things that interest or amuse you and make you think, "Cool. I never knew that before."

Happy studying! :)

all -- well, most -- of the above, but not all at once! i especially like the idea of making up your own test, as long as you can be certain of the answers!

Teamwork may increase learning is that students take turns teaching and sharing their knowledge with one another. Information is reinforced through discussion and role playing. So how can this study be helpful to you? It does suggest that group study may be the best way to develop a deep understanding of information. Messy piles of research..have creative and global thinkers can feel overwhelmed by big stacks of research, and they often come across as spacey and disorganized at the onset. The good news is, they usually come out ahead in the end and finish with a great concept or project. Rote learning is often viewed as bad practice, although some would argue that rote memorization is a necessary first step in learning some subjects.Test day is here. You’ve packed your brain full of definitions, dates, and details, preparing for a marathon of multiple choice and true & false questions, and now you’re staring at a single, solitary, terrifying essay question. There's a good lesson here! Next time you study for a big midterm or final, be sure to review your notes for key concepts and terms, memorize them, and include them somewhere in your essay.Brainstorming is a way to generate ideas for a project or a paper. The point is to empty your brain and pour the results onto a sheet of paper without worrying about being organized or really making any sense.
