it all has to do with the way a person is raised . growing up all household things were discussed between my parents , then my dad would make the best decision for the family . as i got older i make the decisions in the relationship .

The men you are describing have an attitude that women NEED to be controlled.
A woman who does not act feminine is a turn off to alot of men. It's the 'women with a p*nis' that become distasteful and a threat. The fear is that these women will get OUT OF CONTROL and bring everyone down to their level.
Everyday I go to work and wonder 'Why do people think they can control me'? since I work in a Service field and they assume I am their Golden Retriever. But it is not ALL people who do this; just the insecure ones who have no clue to human dispositions and assume that the one who assists or nurtures is 'weak' or 'less'. They are TOO STUPID to understand that they are NOTHING without someone looking out for them!!
Not ALL men want to control women; just the neanderthals. I am hopeful you will meet the type of man who is willing to DIE for a supporting, feminine partner who he sees as a Blessing and an Angel to cherish.
