I just found a 10, a 20, two dollars and 26 cent in change in the dryer, should !

Question: Or should I keep it?

Answers: Or should I keep it?

Look, not only is the money clean, it's also dry. Keep it!

finder's keepers...
but save it or use some of it for a good cause

The 26 cents belongs to me.

yeah, ask who it belongs to, you may still have a chance of keeping it, you never know

Finders Keepers, losers Weepers=]

yes
wait is this just with your family or are you like in a public place?
cause public yes
family id keep the 10 and give the rest back

if you have a family, then your entitled

asks whos it is or then ask how they got it and if u dont believe them keep it!

Just keep it for yourself

Hold on to it until someone asked about it. I wouldnt keep it, id feel too guilty.

Adhere to the rule of "Finders keepers, losers weepers."

be a good person ... keep it lol

finder keepers>>>>>loser weepers...nah...i would ask...that is too much to just keep

The right thing to do is to find out who's it is.

nah that would take too much time.. but if someones asks if you found it i would give it back... but if nobody does then keep it

no because if the person forgot to check their pockets, its finders keepers....you are the one slaving away doing the laundry.

the rule in my house is if you do the laundry you keep it thats why i dont let anyone else do the laundry...hehe...KEEP IT

If you were doing the laundry then consider it your paycheck!!

Anyone careless enough to not empty their pockets loses it in my house.

yes you should ask if you want to

KEEP IT! buy yourself something nice or treat yourself to a takeaway.

My guess is that if it found it's way into the hamper, it probably sat in the pants it came from for a while, and the money is completely forgotten about. I say keep the money. It won't be missed. Now if you had found it in a wallet or something, that would be a different story.

Depends if it is your house or a laundromat. If it's your house, I'd ask and give it back. If it's a laundromat, then whomever it belonged to already left, and you probably can't find them, so I'd keep it.

you found it than it must belong to you.

Is there any way to know who it belongs to? Did you see who had the dryer last? It would be really sad to keep it and it turned out to be someone's lunch money. But, if your somewhere public and there is no way to find out, you could give it to the owner to keep ( but only if you really believe they wouldn't just pocket it.) That's a hard question...I don't think you're wrong regardless. (unless you know who it belongs to) Good luck.

Is the dryer in your house? If yes then you should keep them, it's their fault they forgot to take out the money out of their clothes.
If the dryer isn't in your house, keep it anyways.

i think u should ask if anyone lost anything
if u say how much u found any person would be like thats mine
and then if someone is like yea ask what and so forth
if not u might keep it =]

If this was a dryer that only a couple people have access to, then it would be a nice gesture to try and return it. However, if this is at a public laundry or the wash room for a large apartment complex than I would consider it your lucky day. Although I guess you could turn it into the management and hope they would be honest about whether or not it was claimed.

Where I live there is a wash room for 4 apartments so there would only be 3 other possibilities.

That's a tricky one because anyone you ask could easily say it is theirs. It is not like you can say " describe it to me". Your only chance of any honesty from people would be to say I found some money in a dryer and if they know exactly how much it was it clearly was theirs. However, chances are who ever it belongs to left it in their pockets by mistake and has no idea how much it is. Or you could simply ask who used that dryer last and not inform them of the reason you are asking until you find out who it is.

Normally I am a big believer in returning what is not ours but unless you know for a fact who used the dryer before you I would just keep it and consider it your lucky day.

The best way to find who the real owner is: Ask if anyone has lost any money and how much did they lose. If they can answer correctly I would hand it over. If they can't, then I would have to say it's yours.

Keep it money doesn't have no name on it.
