try checking ...maybe you kept asking questions ...it says for every one question , you lose 5 points for that ...so maybe could be that ...

Mine does the same. I know when you ask a question a goes down 5 points. -5 I asked the same question. But I do not know about level 2. I just signed in and suddenly I was on level tow.
