When I was weaning myself off my bipolar medication, I bawled like a baby, for the tiniest reasons. I heard a story on the news - and I cried. I don't even remember what it was about.
Something about feeling that heightened compassion felt wonderful - just a little embarrassing, but to say "I'm coming off my medication" made it okay because I had a biological reason. I haven't cried much since.
Thinking about Jesus and what He suffered and what He gave us makes me cry.

I quit crying! Now I just beat on stuff. Not people or animals just stuff outside the house I walk, run beat on a punching bag or whatever I can find. Crying does not help anything.

Movies that end with the good guy dying and the jerk living, Movies like Million Dollar Baby, songs like the Christmas shoes, when people tell me goodbye, when anyone suffers and I can't share their pain or relieve them of it....wow just lots of things...I could ramble forever.
I know of a mother with twins, 3 years old. Their daddy just left for Iraq, right before Thanksgiving. They won't even know who he is when he gets back. Thinking about those two and their parents always makes me sad.
Seeing those NSPCC adverts...I know they are actors/actresses...but it really gets me in the chest...and I cannot deal with it......and any RSPCA adverts, coz I love animals who are so helplesss too....cant watch the news when I see kids in hospital...or eldery people at the mercy of idiots who abuse them...I always cry when I watch the ' Green Mile '.....and the 'King and I' at the end..were the king pops his clogs....and i cant stop crying when I watch ' The Yearling '...with Gregory Peck...thats so sad....and if I see a man cry for any reason..well, I want to comfort him right away....that makes me feel something I cant describe.....
