There isn't a jury in the country that would convict you for such a justified act...you would deserve a medal.
I think if you honestly want to push your coworker down the elevator shaft it is time to get a different job and seek professional help because you want to hurt someone over something so ignorant. You would definitly be locked up for life if you did soemthing like this.
