I really have not decided, but I might have Classic Club sandwiches. I have a lot of Turkey and Ham leftovers.
Whatever the cafeteria's serving for dinner unfortunately... hopefully it's not "Mystery Meat" this time...
We have already eaten. We had some grilled sole, a green salad and some very small jacket potatoes that I had made a hole in and placed a dob of herby butter in before cooking. mmmmmmm Im stuffed and theres none leftover Im afraid.
Pickerel (Walleye) filets, dipped in a light batter, pan fried with home made Tartar sauce. Accompanied by hand cut, baked seasoned potatoe wedges, with salsa for dipping.
For desert, fresh apple fritters made right at the table, with carmel sauce and whipping creme.

I think some fresh fish on the grill with fresh vegetables and a baked potato with butter, sour cream and chives.
