Oh that's tough since I love nuts. I can only pick one? I'd say Macadamia. But I love them all except peanuts, which I do like in candy or something. ( and I prefer salted, but not too heavily).
Definitely salted cashews (although they are very fattening) and then Pumpkin Seeds. Salted. I don't like Pistachios. But most nuts are very good for you, especially almonds.
