Egg boiled or omelet?!
Question: Which would a nutritionist recommend?
Answers: Which would a nutritionist recommend?
Probably an omelet if you fry in unsaturated fat and add vegetables. And now I am hungry.
omelet are the best
most nutritious egg because of it's protein but i prefer omelet
boiled
egg white omelet
omelet
They're the same unless you add anything. And it depends what you add. If its peppers or cheese, than maybe the omlet.
boiled as no added fat> be careful with the salt tough!!
not sure about the nutritionist, but ham and cheese omelette for me
I prefer omelet
omlet... I call my fried Tomlet the Omlet
pan cakes
or cheese omelet
An omelet made with only the white of the egg.
I would say and omelette with mushrooms and peppers is better than a boiled egg.
Boiled...........there is no oil there
Omelet
boiled
boiled egg more nutritious.
Boiled Egg
boiled, less fat and you can always toss the yolk if trying to reduce cholesterol.
Omelet
both are good providing you dont stuff the omlette with cheese
I love omlets, and I think if you add veggies, omlets are more nutritious.
boiled has less fat because it's not fried
Egg boiled.
What this means is that you shouldn't suddenly start eating eggs by the dozen each week (if nothing else, think about those poor hens). But there's nothing wrong with that occasional three-egg spinach omelet at Sunday brunch. If you're concerned about cholesterol but love eggs, nutritionists recommend substituting two eggs in that omelet with egg whites
....
Omelet coz it has alot of other vegetables to add to and bring up a great balance ....than just a boiled single Egg.
bOiled egg of course.
I don't know about the nutritionist, but I love both. Boiled would be better if you didn't add stuff to it.
Boiled egg... less oil.
omelet for me please
