Possibly allergies? I'm a guy and this may not pertain to you but if I don't trim my nose hairs about every 6 months then they start to tickle the inside of my nose and cause me to constantly sneeze and ooze.

It must be something that is going around because the 4 year old grandson that I am raising, has the same problem. No matter how many times a day I have him blow it, before I can get back from throwing the trash away, he has boogers hanging again.
