Death by 1000 slashes (whereby the executes is cut 1000 times and death is the result of the final slash)
put him in a room and turn on Hanna Montana
make him sit through all the things he's done to other people...

I would make him listen to everyone who lost a loved one on 9/ll . Then put him on a plane and send it into the ocean.
