I go home, light a few candles and aroma sticks, drink a bottle of wine alone and throw up all night long
to that safe room i have setup in my mind. and only i have the key to get in.
Generally the Yorkshire Moors, it's vast enough to get away from everything and clear your head.
If you are ok while the crashing is going on just stand still.You can run into other trouble if you run.
i go to my bedroom...cry my heart out then clean my room...it always helps

geographically I go to bed and dream about it
I dont run. The world crashing is a once in a lifetime scene. I might as well see it.
i look at my healthy kids and that's all i need to put things into perspective.
To a bar
I go to my room and cry like a little baby and then I call my best guy friend Mike because we are so close I can tell him anything. And he always has the answers and makes me laugh and feel better.
I run into deep thought and remember that we all have angels that can intervene when we have problems and i ask for them to step in and work some of their magic. I have a garden so at night i sit out in the fresh air to de-stress a bit and get a friend to come over and join me. taking deep breaths of really cold night air always seems to work for me for some reason. then i just be glad that i am alive even though its tough cos some people die when they are just kids and they don't even get a chance to see what life has in store. hope this helps a bit!
