No not usually, every time i get a violation nothing changes except being forced to delete that pesky email . . . . . unless its a new thing, its been a week or two since Ive recieved one . . .

Some Q's just don't appear. Maybe the system can only cope with so many at a time.

There is no non-posting penalty for a violation. Only if you get suspended. Then you will not be able to post again with that member name.
It takes a few minutes before a question shows up in the list regardless of your violation status.
dont post the same Q,re-word it if its not breaching the guidelines,you should be able to keep on asking away.goodluck. :)
