Is it possible that some people can not "chew" their food and "th!

Question: If you are eating and someone says something to you, are you "capable" of listening to the other person ?
Why is my hubby having a hard time with "hearing me out" ??

its called selective hearing, all men have it

i have that problem ...
i am chewing a gum right now, and i spent 1 whole minute to understand your question.

I dont know about that...but I know some people cant chew there mouths closed...(annoying and gross)

If it is crunchy maybe he cannot hear you.....
My husband suffers from selective hearing.
Peace.

some people are like that..no big deal..

yes i can , it is so easy

Wives want men to do everything at once...:) You asked a Q while he's chewing and inside his head there are two kinds of noise, the teeth grinding and your words. He needs to separate these first and decide what to say, but he can't say it until the food goes does his throat or you'll yell at him for talking with his trap full and then he'll get scared and choke or something. ......... and what Johnny said :)

yes and i have met them...i don't understand them...but have met them...lol

I think more people have a problem with chewing and talking at the same time. Nasty. Who wants to see what they're chewing on and spiting bits of it out as they talk. YUCK!

i s you can hear suppose its possible to say that when your jaw is open wide you can hear better so then when it is closed you don't hear as well opening and closing mat cause interference unless he just wants pace and quiet at those times
