Why doesn't broccoli come in a can?!
Question: Broccoli can be found in cans but usually in soups. On it's own it isn't canned because it would become too soft

Odd question...
I guess someone too lazy to cook frozen broccoli is probably too lazy to open a can too. So they decided it wasn't profitable.
Because if it did, there wouldn't be any little baby broccoli.
it doesn't perserve well....it will turn to mush
dont you think it would be too mushy and have an odd texture if it did?

I would think it could get shriveled...not sure but good question
well my guess would be that the broccoli may NOT stand up to the heating process that veggies and canned goods go through b4 they r canned...just an educated guess though...
