Get them a Christmas Card. Show that I thought of them. Maybe make some fudge and divinity and bag it up for them.
I'd give them a plant that I propagated from something in my garden. Put foil around the pot and tie on a bow. A gift from the heart rather than the pocketbook.

I know people that have actually gone through their cupboards and found things to give as gifts, I personally wouldnt but some people do.
