when i'm dead they can have what they want i don't need it
when i die i'll be cremated XD ... but if you need my liver then take it
i have a donor card. i'd give my kidney away in an instant. what's wrong with trying to save someone else's life?

You can have whatever you want from me after I've popped it. I personally think that ALL people should have to donate their organs after their death. There should not be an `Organ Donor` scheme, there should be an `Organ Opt out `scheme where everyone is a donor unless they `Opt-out` and carry an `Opt-out` card around with them.
I'm an organ donor -- they'll harvest everything that's usable.
Trust me, my funeral will be a closed casket service. :-)

I am probably going to be cremated. So anyone can have my body parts if they need them i guess. May aswell help someone else's life.
First and foremost thing is that u can't take kidney of a dead person except the eyes that too within few minutes of death. While alive only first kith and kin can give a kidney. It'll be illegal to take kidney from someone else. One Indian doctor's practicing license was cancelled because he traded in kidneys in U.K. in the manner u are asking. His mode of operation was that he was calling Indians on tourist visa and removing their kidneys.
