Who told you? I have a good idea why but no one would believe me. Two years ago I broke my wrist, had surgery 3 weeks later broke my leg and shattered all the bones in my ankle. Do you think?
No - but a couple of my friends are.
Their celebral palsy is such that they have to use electric wheelchair for their mobility.
So - just be mindful calling someone a "spaz" - it could be considered a derogatory term for someone who is truly a "spastic"
