Why some people can`t just understand that it is all about fun here in P & S ?!

I have protested much the same on the Y!A suggestion board, that they leave us the Hell alone. According to the "team" the sole purpose of Y!A is to share knowledge and information.
Also, they refuse to repeal violations for questions which they consider to be "solicitations."
By DEFINITION, solicitation is "ASKING" so for the time, I am NOT soliciting for answers by ASKING any questions.
Try taking this issue up with the suggestion boards and receive your own personalized snotty Y!A team reply! It'll make your day brighter.

While I agree to a large extent, there are a lot of users inhere who deliberately ignore site rules simple because it is P&S.
But it still runs under the same rules as every other section.
Having said that.
There are areas where the abuses are worse than here, and I think P&S is unfairly targeted by Yahoo .... Take us being the only section that doesn't get Top Contributor badges for example.

because they've got their underwear in a bundle.
They are either:
- a newbie (which case we shoudl be patient and nuture them and let them see what a fun group we are),
- or just plain angry about the world in general.

Yeah, I've noticed that. I always find a lot of trolls on this category, and I received my first violation for asking a question simply pertaining to my life. ...I mean, jeez. It really upsets me when I try to have a "fun experience" online and people have to spoil it. Can't we all just have a good time?
