I'm feeling sad. What can I do to cheer myself up?!

Get yourself something good to eat and watch a sappy movie. Or else go out for a nice long walk.

Be thankful for being alive.

Smoke some weed

You got to find something to cheer you up. It takes time, but try doing a variety of things and see which one helps the best

Go to a local soup kitchen and look around. Offer to help, it will do the trick. Seeing what others don't have makes you realize: What am I so sad about?

Listen to some music, watch a favorite movie, or exercise (that will release endorphins in your brain.) Hope you feel better soon!

One of things that i do when i am sad is talk to someone, about anything not your problem necessarily but just talk, or go outside and just soak up some fresh air and sunshine, whatever is you need to do something and not just sit idle. Good Luck.

from experience... tackle why you are feeling sad, ask yourself questions about what you are going to do about it, in the wise words of dodgeball "grab life by the balls", mate, it really helps.

Also it helps to be comfortable, forget stiff work trousers, tracksuit bottoms and hoodies are much more comfortable,

Listen to gooooood Music. Like Listen and make sure the musics actually good like Pearl Jam. LOL ok so if its not your type pick your fav.

Go get yourself a nice stiff drink...That usually does the trick. Most of the time...

think about the kids in Africa. stop being selfish. EAT YOUR FOOD.

lol read a book about less fortunate people. like The Hiding Place (Corrie ten Boom).

there're some ways to depress yourself :)
