Yes they do. They have to ask that because it is illegal for minors to view certain stuff. They can get in BIG trouble if they don't ask that.

yes, in 360 you can say just about anything you want , no matter what the content, it is not really censored
I set my blog to mature because I heard reporter trolls are even reporting 360.
When I asked what was considered "adult" apparently even references to people kissing were.
In fact, pretty much everything is considered adult, unless you just have blogs about quilting and wild flowers or something.
Better safe than sorry.
PS Quite a few of my 360 friends are under 18 and I think only two of them actually put their real age and had trouble accessing my blog - they just got new accounts.
PPS Yes you can get censored - several of my friends on 360 have had their blogs deleted or have warning letters about them.
