Actually, my mind was never IN the gutter.....
in the tub. i was taking a bath and i thought i would read!
In my bathtub....or bathroom floor....it was the only quiet place in my house.

well i lived with someone that had like 2 1/2 acres of land, so i walked all the way back to the fence in a corner and read a book and wrote some, just to get away form everyone and the house.
In my car.
- In a bed that belonged to a couple of lesbian ministers.
- In the back seat of a car.
- In a bedroom with 5 lesbian girls watching.
In a park, during winter, at about midnight. I just have to watch out for cops. They always think I'm 'loitering' or something along those lines. No one under the age of 40 can ever be 'simply reading' can they?

I'd have to say a closet .
I used to refuse to go to school and climb into
the closet with the encyclopedia and a flashlight
or with the zoo animal pamphlet thingies my great
grandma got mailed to my house for me.
