My friends and family always ask me to do the cooking for party's and holidays. Even here at work when we have meetings or get togethers, I'm always asked to whip up something. Last Christmas I single handily made dinner for 23 people and it looks like it's gonna be a repeat again this year. I always cook from fresh and always try to avoid the boxes.
I'm a damned good cook when I can be bothered to do it, at other times it's a case of slam a pizza in the oven
i'm an ok cook. it's edible, but i sure couldn't do it for a living.

I am so bad in the kitchen that if I am alone, I would far rather go out to eat.
Until about thirty minutes ago I thought I was, I've just burnt my hand getting chicken roast out of the oven and dropped it on the floor, I've just about salvaged enough for lunch but had to through the rest away, what a waste I've now got a bag of frozen peas wrapped on the burn to my hand..ouch
Cooking is one of my favourite things to do, I also like to re-create some older recipes and experiment in the kitchen.
I do breakfast - Really Good.
Especially If someone has been REALLY GOOD the night before.

I like to think I am a good cook. I learned a lot from my parents, and through the years I have perfected many techniques. I think one of my fantasies is to have all my on line friends bring an offering and enjoy a meal together.
My whole family enjoys cooking, and each has talents in certain areas.... my brother and brother-in-law have both worked as cooks in restaurants.
I can cook, but I can also make reservations...that's my favorite!
