Nostalgic novelty item from the past. Could you imagine them being popular now? Never find one inna McDonald's or buffet restaurant. Perhaps only in an arcade where everyone is still so young and naturally thin.
A modern one would have to have updated phrases like:
"PUT YOUR FINGERS IN YOUR EARS - YOU ARE ABOUT TO EXPLODE."
"PLEASE STEP OFF - YOU'RE KILLING ME."
"COULD SOMEONE PLEASE RETURN THE WHALE TO THE NEAREST OCEAN?"
"PLEASE PLACE OTHER SIDE OF THIS NOTICE ON FRONT OF MACHINE. THANK YOU." (flip over to read, "OUT OF ORDER")
I find them very rude, considering I feed them money. For some reason, that I don't understand, they always laugh at me, followed by a message to report to the nearest Public Weighbridge. Hardly what you'd expect, is it.
