I suspect they approve nearly every report that comes in. Someone I know posted a correct answer to a Mathematics question -- in fact it was the only correct answer posted -- but he did it in a facetious way. Maybe the asker thought he was laughing at him/ her (he wasn't) and complained? Anyway, he got a violation for "not answering the question", when in fact he had. There was nothing obscene in his answer, it was just a bit flippant, pretending he didn't have a calculator and needed one for a very simple calculation.
