Sorry, Buk, but I can't joke about a thing like that. That man is/was obviously in a seriously bad condition (anorexia or who knows what) and possibly close to death. I have known someone who was reduced to similar skeletal proportions by anorexia nervosa and it was only through an absolute MIRACLE that she is now alive, healthy and not suffering any long-term problems.
