We've had discussions here about that. The corresponding term to 'first lady' is 'first gentleman', but I think that sounds funny. This is one of those things that we've never had a word for it because its never existed. The press will settle on some title and then everyone will use it. But I don't think they'll call him the 'first gentleman'. I think he's more likely to be called the 'first husband'
