You can do a reverse look-up of the number; I always do this when I miss a call I don't recognize. Just use your standard search and enter the whole number (area code included) and "phone number". At the very least you'll see where they called from.
Just call them. You never know.
Sure make your number private so they don't know who you are, and go just give them a ring.
Look it up under www.whitepages.com. If it states that it's a cell number. Text and ask who it is. Tell them you won't answer until they text back their name.
Well, then you could go out tonight and find a pay phone and call the number back when you think they are asleep and wake them up. LOL
Block your number from them seeing it when you call.
If our concerned, then, don't! Your first impulse will be the right one!!!!
