Poll: Do you take a bath before you go to bed or in the morning before you go to!
Question: It depends for me. Sometimes I'll take one at night but most times I do it in the morning. For some odd reason, I don't like to take baths at night (I don't feel as fresh in the mornings).

in the morning! cuz u sweat and stuff in ur sleep!!! it wakes u up and makes u fell claen and refreshing to start ur day!!!!
In the morning. Sometimes I get really sweaty in bed.

2 reasons...
1. It wakes me up.
2. If I take it at night I have to blow dry my hair other wise I wake up with severe bed head...and at night I just don't feel like doing that.

I always shower at night. I simply can't stand getting all wet first thing in the morning. Plus, it's very refreshing and invigorating at the end of the day.

Both. When I wake up in the morning because it makes you feel fresh and ready for the day to come, but i ca't go to bed without a shower at night because it feels disgusting after workout to go to bed all gross.
I have to in the AM, because I have very curly hair that looks like the bride of Frankenstein when I sleep on it. Can you imagine the stress this has caused in my life, when sleeping over at a new boyfriend's house for the first time??? I guess it all worked out, though, seeing as how I'm married now.
Before going to bed... It gives me a nice sleep.
