That drives me crazy! Why can't they just answer the freakin question? People do that in real life, too! (ok, I know this is real life, here. I mean, in person) I'll ask, "Excuse me, could you please tell me what time it is?" "2:30. Why?" I then have to hold in my 3-voiced demonic scream that's ready for them. I think it bothers ME so much b/c nosiness is my #1 pet peeve. Don't let me be digging around in my own purse! A total stranger will ask, "What're you looking for?" My standard reply now is, "That thing I had yesterday. Have you seen it?"
They want the 2 pts, and they just are silly.
