haha the infernal question! if the person is someone you know and socalise with single nothing to lose telling them if they don't feel the same way about you at least you have flattered them and propably made their day,if its's a stranger what have you to lose again you could make their day or better a new partner or friend, i once followed a girl back to where she worked bcos she was so gorgeous luckily it was a shop,went in found out her name,then sent her flower's asking if she would like to go for a meal,we were together for four year's.so it can work!
